While shooting for my assignments I wanted to snap a few shots of my Dad at work. Pretty much the only thing I remember about this day was how cold it was, I believe with the wind chill it was about -35. While I was home the first weekend I took a lot of shots there in the cold. I enjoy going home to shoot, I get to shoot around the country and I get to see my family and friends!

Taking some snap shots of the christmas tree. I love the reflection of the house in the ball and the green of the tree.
This is one of the Christmas supper being made, not the traditional turkey dinner. We had lamb, potatoes, salad, scallops and carrots. I turned this black and white to capture the moment. I like the steam coming from the pan.

This again is my niece, Katie. My sister wanted a few different Christmas pictures so we found a santa hat for Katie and horns for Marno and played dress up!

This is from my trip to Ladytown, it was an old abandon house in a field.

I was just playing around with my macro lens and thought this one was cool. I could have used a little higher depth of field but for some reason this one just stands out to me. I like tiny area of the icicle that is in focus.

I think my dog Teddy is my #1 model! I can't take enough pictures of him. I went home to my parents farm for part of the break and I was all dressed up to brave the cold outside and he knew I was leaving him in the house and he wouldn't stop following me around. He was sitting so nice.

I visited a flower shop that I used to work to visit the people I used to work with and snapped a few shots in the store. I thought this was perfect considering it was christmas, it got me into the christmas spirit seeing a ton of poinsettias.

Your niece is way tooooooo cute. I love the last image. Why was she upset though? lol
